I'm convinced that the chemicals in it cause some sort of reaction in the body that "make" us eat it. Seriously--I don't eat other foods I don't like.<br /><br />On the chicken topic, though, we're into protein territory, which all bodies desperately need. You've been losing a lot, and had to stop your long walks due to your hip. It might be your body's way of telling you that you need more to spare muscle loss. Not that I exactly know what I'm talking about. Anyhoo, one lean, protein-rich chicken breast isn't a chip or candy binge.
