In my dreams.
It is another day to get my shit together and stay on track, tho. Enough of this shit, this Food Fuckery (to borrow a term from a fellow blogger) has gone on long enough. I am not gaining weight, I am not slurping pizzas, burgers and tons of Chinese food but even healthy food can stall your fat ass if you eat too many calories worth of the shit.
And, too many I have apparently been consuming, considering the failure to move the numbers on my scale. *sigh*
So, I am on track right now. I just have to stay that way, keep my goal foremost in my mind and remind myself that allowing myself to continue to slip, to justify "just an extra bowl of cereal before bed" is a great way to spiral out of control, gain all of my hard won weight loss and be in dire trouble with my health, again. I am so not going back to that so it is time to suck it up and get over it and get on with it.
The thing is, it is head hunger, desires for mouth parties, old habits trying to rear their ugly heads. I am not experiencing a need to numb out or forget or dull pain or anger. It is just... Food Fuckery. And it is time to reign it in.
Food is nicely on track and water is headed down the tubes at the proper speed. My house is shining clean, my bathroom sparkling and smelling faintly of bleach and cleaner, floors done, broadloom vacuumed, dishwasher washing and laundry tumbling. So that is all under control, anyway. :P
Whine. I think I need a little low fat cheese to go with it. Actually, what I need to do is stop making bullshit excuses, indulging my old, bad habits and do what I need to do. I know how. Obviously.
I have a feeling you are getting as sick of reading my bullshit as I am of writing it. And trust me, I am sick of it.

Teakettle Found
Willy Dog found me a nice teakettle at, of all places, Fry's. It is a Kitchen Aid, red enamel, 1.5 quart, great whistle and the flipper lifter thingy in the handle so that I don't burn my little feenors. It was on sale and he got a discount because Pookey works at that store, so it was a good deal, too. I am happily boiling and pouring, once again and a little thing is right in my realm.
Yesterday's calories were acceptable... 1545. Could have done better but not a disaster. I drank almost all of my water, too. I am riding the Puff Monster pretty hard, right now. *sigh* I am responsible for it... I didn't keep my feet up as much as I should have, let myself have a bit too much salt, again and slacked on my water a couple of days. So I am in scramble and slurp mode. I don't like the Puff Monster. I dislike being puffy. I want the puff to go away. I think that getting more weight off will help. Lord, I hope it will help. I'll tell ya, I am at the point where I am thinking about talking to a doc about water pills. And I am not big on taking stuff. But if water pills would banish the bloat, I would be ready to change that.
Call the waaahmbulance. I am whiny, today. :P
I am going to make spaghetti squash with meatless "meat" sauce for dinner for Pookey and me. Willy Dog will make Icky Willy Chili. Gag me. How he can eat that shit is far beyond me. *shudder*
Okay, housework is done up and the rest of the day is mine. My big plan for the day is to hang out, cruise the webz and take a shower, later. I also need to keep searching for foundation. If primer doesn't solve my current issues with mineral foundation, I am going to have to find a liquid or creme. Something affordable, fair, neutral, buildable medium coverage that is weightless and I can't feel on my skin, gives a smooth, poreless finish and is moisturising and most important, doesn't contain even a hint of chemical sunscreen. There are plenty that may meet those criteria, except for being affordable. Fifty plus dollars in my book isn't affordable and everything available in the drugstores is full of sunblock. Gah!
I'll find something. It is out there. I just need to kiss a few frogs on my way to the HG.
Thank the Goddess that blogger automatically saves everything we write as we write it .I accidentally smoothed my hand across my touch pad and all of a sudden I am on my dashboard and my post is gone. Yikes1 I thought for a second that I had lost all my babbling and ranting and whining. And that would have been a true shame, indeed.
Okay, so I think I am done blathering, for the moment.

Sheet Washin' Day!
Oh joy! Oh boy! Another fine, sunny day and another day in which I get to run my washing machine and dryer. But, I will have soft, smooth, yummy smelling sheets, tonight so it will be worth it. Isn't is lovely to slip into bed between freshly washed, softly fragrant cotton sheets?
I am also planning a trying on clothes marathon for later. A couple of very lovely, very generous ladies shared some clothes with me and I am so grateful. I haven't had anything different, new to me in a long time. I think a few things will fit me, right now and others in a few pounds and a few things will go into my "future container" for when I get a bit more weight off. And, when I get too small for them, I can pass them along to others who can wear them.
Ya know what is frustrating? Is that I have to lose so. frakking. much. frakking. weight to go down sizes. *sigh* And that I wear a larger size than I look or my weight would suggest. It also makes me nuts that women who weigh the same as I do or even a bit more wear smaller sizes than I. I know that it is silly and that I shouldn't compare myself to others or worry about what they can or can't compared to what I can or can't, but I can't help myself. I can't help feeling somewhat okay, more than somewhat envious. And as if it isn't fair.
I know... What a whiner. Call the waaahhhmbulance. If I want to wear a smaller size, I need to keep my ass on track and get there. It isn't going to happen by magic. Or by whining and feeling envious.
So there. :P (That was to me... In case you were wondering. ;))
Okay, I need to go toss my sheets in my dryer and make another cup of coffee. I need moar caffeine. I also need something that will make this fucking migraine go. away. Day two of this round and I can barely move my head. Urgh! I am in for a long blow, this time. I was seeing flashy dots in front of my eyes, this morning which is a signal of nothing good. I wish I could just find a hole, crawl into it, go to sleep and wake up when it is over and I can move without my head exploding.
I wonder if I can teach my dog to put my stuff in my dryer and make my bed? :P

Good Morning
How is everyone, this fine Veterans Day morning?
I have a nasty headbanger. Woke up with it and it seems to be settled in for a nice, long visit. Bleargh!
Guess what else I woke up to? Those charming vertical "eleven" lines between my eyes. I literally woke to them, this morning. I didn't have those lines, yesterday. I do, today. What. The. Fuck??? How the hell did that happen? Geeze! A little early birthday present from Mother Nature, I guess. She probably thought that they would go very nicely with my ever increasingly grey hair? Bitch.
I had a good day with food yesterday. Right up until I decided, for some insane reason that some pretzel sticks and peanut butter would make a good watching a movie snack. What, I couldn't air pop some popcorn? Nooooo... I had to down about 500 calories. Gah!!! *headdesk*
No wonder...
I have no right to piss and moan about slow weight loss. Not when I make idiotic choices like that. *rolling my eyes*.
I would like to make something about my previous post clear, if I may. I am boycotting Amazon until they remove both listings referenced in the article to which I linked. Not just the newer e-book. I don't have a problem with Amazon or any other retailer offering material of a sexual nature, including pornography, as long as that material deals with sexual activity that is between consenting adults. My objection is with books that are telling other pedophiles how to be better child rapists. This isn't about free speech, this is about protecting children from predators. Books that teach predators how to control and train children to be better victims for them should not exist. Children are not sexual beings. And forcing them to become so, in any way, shape or form is nothing short of monstrous. And I refuse to support any retailer that offers such material.
I suppose that one could argue that protesting these listings is a form of censorship, that if Amazon is forced to remove those listings because a segment of the population finds it objectionable, that they should be forced to remove any other books, movies or music others would find equally objectionable, thus putting their entire business at the top of a very steep, slippery slope. This isn't about getting rid of everything anyone might find distasteful, this is about protecting children. And in this instance, we, as humans have to stand up and protect the well being of those who have no voice, no way to defend and protect themselves. This isn't about controlling what content others decide to enjoy, this is about doing what is right. It should be a no brainer. And Amazon should see this, do the right thing and remove the listings.
This is my choice. I don't presume to tell anyone else what to think or how to act. I don't judge anyone who chooses to continue to shop Amazon. I am merely stating my own position.
I have some housework to get done, I need to make a shopping list and do a few other things around here. I am glad that I got my bathroom scrubbed, yesterday while I was doing laundry. I was going to do it, today but thinks to this frakking headache, I don't feel up to it. Oh, and just in case anyone is wondering, caffeine isn't a headache trigger for me. I have just as bad bangers without it. Good thing, since I am not willing to give up my fully leaded coffee fix. :P
Okay. Time for my second cuppa.

A Little Movement
Good morning, everyone.
I jumped on my scale, this morning and saw a small amount of movement. 3.4 pounds in two weeks. Not stellar... I only lost .6 pound, last week so that was 2.8 pounds this week. I am not impressed or happy about it. I am culpable and I need to pull my head out of my ass and do better.
I need to find my mojo. My mojo is off wandering around somewhere, sipping lattes at Starbucks, sniffing late season flowers, gazing at fluffy white clouds dancing across the sky, zig-zagging across ripe, golden fields chasing the last butterflies, diving into leaf piles on someones freshly raked lawn.
Stupid mojo.
I am sucking. I am aware of it. I am working on turning it around.
And I am thankful that I at least lost a few pounds and didn't plateau or gain.
*taking a breath* Not freaking out.
I have a goal. One that is in serious jeopardy thanks to my being a lazy, self indulgent slag. And that isn't going to fly. Time to pull myself up short and stop slipping, grazing, picking, snacking, popping a cheese puff here, a handful of Carolina BBQ chips there. Pop chips aren't bad, but two thirds of a bag of pop chips for lunch is. :P
And this shining on exercise thing I am doing... Not cool.
It is a sunny, chilly morning. And my hampers are full. Laundry day. Yay. Nothing like four loads of dirty, smelly clothes to make a girl feel special on a lovely Autumn day. :P
So, I suppose I should get my second cup of java, my oatmeal and then get to it.

Full of Evil Glee
Ha! It is defective. The sound cuts out when you push the headphone jack all the way in and if you move the player around. Which makes it useless to me, since I want it for walking. It had to go back. I feel vindicated. And a little evil, too. But not evil enough to say that I am sorry.
Husband said that we should go up to Best Buy and check out MP3 players there. I heartily agreed. That way I can play with the display models, compare and chose the one that I really want. I think that while we are up there, I am going to window shop digital cameras. My little camera that has served me so well and faithfully and which I really do love is beginning to show it's age and is having trouble. I can only shoot about seven pictures and it shuts it's self off and then I turn it back on and try to snap another shot and it does the same thing. I can't be without a camera, taking pictures is kind of like breathing for me. So, a replacement will have to be acquired, soon.
I think I am going to have to break down and go to a doctor. *sigh* I have a puffy eyelid that is getting worse and the puff is beginning to spread further around my eye. Probably cellulitus, or something stupid. I am also cooking an ear infection and it isn't going down on it's own, this time so I am going to need a course of antibiotics. Might as well kill them both in one visit. Blech! I hate going to the doctor. Seriously. I don't normally go unless I am dragged, bleeding or doubled over in pain into the ER. Oh well. We all must do that which we do not want to do.
Well, this was all very fascinating. Add to it the fact that I have another frakking migraine and the bitch-fest is complete. If you skipped the last entry and this one, I don't blame you. It is all a bunch of whine and cheeze.

Three Words:
Fuck the Lake!
Seriously.
Husband and I decided to walk in the mornings, since getting out in the evenings is a logistical nightmare. And, figuring that the nasty clouds of bugs wouldn't be present in the A.M., we hit the trails. It was lovely and cool, and the air was clear of tiny, annoying winged creatures. Until the frakking sun came up. Then the bugs did, too.
Clouds of swirling, flying, nasty, horrible, fucking bugs. The walk to the end of Normal Trail was lovely.
The walk back to the car was a nightmare. A mile has never felt so long, in my entire life. I walked as fast as I could, arms flapping wildly in front of my face. I actually considered trying to run, just to get back to the car a little faster.
Ugh! Misery! The lake is out of the question until a good freeze settles the flying hoards.
It's a hell of a thing, having to choose to inhale bugs or car exhaust. I'll take the exhaust. It is more toxic than bugs, but far less unpleasant to walk through.
I like walking in the morning. I don't have to sit around all day, stewing about it, It is done. And so is my housework and I am on to laundry. I have had my first cup of Joe and am ready for number two and my brekkie.
And I need to get another load in the washer.
I want to thank all of you for your kind comments, words, commiseration and hints. *huge cyber hugs to all of you!!!!* This is why we need this community. When we hit a low, we have so many lovely people to flock to us, lift us up and help us through a dark patch. I for one, couldn't be doing this without all of you.
I had my freakout, yesterday, ate badly, pouted and sulked and basically acted like a brat. I am fine, today. Back on track, back to walking and renewed in mind and body. And ready to go forward. I know... I have been saying that a lot, lately. Guess it has been a bit of a rough patch. *rolling my eyes* A part of me is beyond jazzed that I have lost 75 pounds, so far. The other part is like, in a huge sulk because I still have so far to go. And I suppose one side was warring with the other, messing up my head and I was letting it happen, for my own, silly, yet unsussedout reasons.
Whatever. I am over that shit, now. :D And ready for the next 25 to get me under that big 300. That is my immediate goal, at present. Under 300.
Okay, I need to go put the first load in the dryer, get the next load in and make some eggs. I am in need of protein, this morning.
I'll talk to all of you loverly people and read your updates in a while.
Later, gators! :D

Well, Fiddle Dee Dee
Methinks I am experiencing my very first ever plateau. My scale told me that I am still 325.2, this morning. I know that I am not eating enough calories to maintain my weight so there is no other explanation I can come up with.
I have lost seventy-five pounds... Maybe my bod has decided that it is time for a good, old fashioned stall. (Stupid bod, anyway.) I am frustrated but I am not discouraged. I am not going to fly off the rails and do something stupid or harmful. I am just going to stay on track, keep on keeping on and sooner or later, this stall will break and my numbers will be headed in the right direction, once again.
*sigh*
*sigh*
I lied. I do feel a bit discouraged and I am mad and, funnily enough, a bit sad. This will pass. But I guess I need to pout and wallow a little.
Sorry to be a Dippy Downer. (I don't like to say Debbie Downer. I read blogs by lovely Debbies and they are anything but a downer! :D) I'll get over myself and be just fine.
Action plan:
Stay on track.
Get out and walk more consistently, again. I have been allowing life to get in the way of my exercise, again. Time to turn that back around. Exercise is more important. So is my health, dammit!
Okay, I think I have whined enough, for now.

Thank You
For your responses to my previous post. I appreciate your kindness and caring words so much and am taking them to heart. *hugs*
Well, all said and done, it wasn't too bad a day, food wise. I came in juuuust under the 1500 calorie mark. Squeaked in in my target range. So I can call it a good day. We did go to Willow Lake and walk. I wasn't into it. But I did it. I just set my own pokey pace and sulked all the way out and back. It was good to get out there, I burned off a little of my funk and a few calories, too.
When we got home, I fired up my grill nice and high and let it burn off the grody on the grids while I jumped in the shower. After I was dressed, I brushed down my grids and tossed a couple of pieces of chicken on the grill and then sliced up a summer squash and a zucchini. I was planing to steam them but I decided to grill them, instead. Since I had sliced them fairly thick, I threaded them on skewers, salt and peppered them lightly, sprayed both sides with a little Pam and tossed them on the grill with my chicken. I let them get nice and done and let them get lots of good, grilled colour. When they were done, I slid them off the skewers and onto my plate and sprayed them with a little ICBINBS.
Oh. My . Gosh!
Yum.
Seriously.
The zucchini was really good. The summer squash was just heavenly. Grilling it makes it richer and sweet and it is truly, truly splendidly delicious. If you have never tried grilling zukes and summer squash, please do try it. You might really love it. :D
Oh, and Drazil, I accept your challenge. I am going to try harder not to use harsh and mean self talk, call myself mean things and believe the worst of myself. It isn't going to be easy and it will take time. I have to overcome a lifetime of conditioning. A true, deep seated belief that I am ugly, stupid, weird, not good enough, unworthy and useless. I think that a very small part of me doesn't believe these things. Maybe it can grow? :D
Okay, I think I have been riding the Waaahmbulance long enough. Time to jump off and get over myself. lol
I am going to do my weights, tomorrow. And I may just try for a little extra distance, too. We'll see how the old hips are feeling. If they are a go, then so am I. I'll keep you posted.

BYOC Challenge ~~Day 2
In my BYOC last Friday I upped doing something to help my health and weight loss for one day to two, just for my own benefit. My challenge was to do work with light weights twice, this week.
Challenge met for the second day. I did all my arm exercises with one pound weights, added another exercise and more reps.
My house is clean and sparkling, pets cared for, load three of laundry is in the washer and I am now chilling under an air vent and watching my fucking ankles and feet swell. Bleargh! My feet are up and I am pounding water. Fat lot of good it is doing me.
I am so sick of this shit.
Seriously. It's bad enough to be fat. Why do I also have these swelly, puffy, nasty ankles and feet? I have been dealing with this since just before puberty and I am over it. *sigh*
Okay, I wasn't supposed to complain and whine, today. That went well. :p
It is very humid and the clouds are rapidly building and I have been hearing some thunder. I love thunderstorms. If it rains hard and soaks the trails out at the lake, we will just walk the sidewalks out on Willow Creek Road. You have to have a back up plan, dude. :D

Some Days are Diamonds
Some days are dog shit.
On a stick.
I awoke to humidity. Heavy humidity and heat. Which of course... Results in swelling and puffiness and misery for little old me. By noon, I was so swollen that I was having serious doubts that I could put my walking shoes on my big, fat feet. I fired up the air, earlier and I think that the swelling is diminishing a bit. Hopefully by the time I am ready to suit up and hit the trail, I will be able to fit in my shoes. *bleargh!
Carolina B-B-Q potato chips is the devil and they are inhabiting my body. As if I need more frakking salt, today! I am not bugging over the calories... I blew about 300 on the chips and I will end the day just squeaking in my target range. And I made the conscious decision to have them. And I take responsibility for it. For the record, the chips were good, but I don't think that they were worth 300 of my precious daily calories. And I have had enough fun with them for a good, long time.
And, now I think I am paying with the fat aggravating my gallbladder. That'll teach me. lol
Please, let that swelling go down. Pleasepleasepleaseplease... I need to walk. I want to walk and I will walk, if I possibly can.
I decided to do my nails today and FAIL! Bubbles, bubbles all over the place. My polish looked like a nightmare. Then I got the brilliant idea to top it with some Sinful Green Ocean. Oh! Big mistake! Huge! That was one sickeningly ugly site. So, I had to go to the trouble of cleaning off two coats of base, two coats of enamel and two coats of flakies off while still wet. What a mess! I am wearing bare nails with just a good thick coat of clear base coat, since that is all I could manage without turning my poor nails into a bubble-fest.
And, my stupid head hurts and is banging like a jackhammer.
Okay. Somebody call the waahhmbulance.
'Nuff whining.
On the positive side of the crap coin is the fact that my hip isn't hurting me as much, today. It might rain, and anyone who knows me well knows how much I love rain. I have air conditioning on a hot, humid day when so many people are toughing it out with a swamp cooler or just a fan. My husband is still employed and my son is happy and healthy and full of piss and vinegar.
I have a lot to be thankful for. I just need to piss and moan, now and then. lol
Oh, one more thing to be happy about.
My boobs are shrinking. And if you had my boobs, you would know why this is such a wonderfully good thing.
Slurping water. Lots and lots of water. Maybe that will help...

Happy Mother's Day
A very happy Mother's Day to all you moms out there in blogland! :D
I talked to my mother on the phone, today and we had a lovely chat and caught up a bit. It is always so nice to hear her voice. :D
Husband brought home a beautiful flowering plant for me, this morning. It is beautiful but sadly in need of a new pot. So I need to get the supplies and get it into a new home. My baby philodendron also needs new stomping grounds. It's pot is far too small.
I had hoped that we were going to go flower shopping, today. No. Husband has decided that we aren't so...
I am upset about it but I just have to swallow it and forget about it. He said maybe during the week. I am not holding my breath.
Whatever.
It is lovely and warm today but the stupid wind is blowing something fierce. I am so tired of it. I just wish it would settle down to a lovely, soft breeze, already. My allergies are raging, thanks to all of the blowing. My head is bad, I am pissed at Husband and I just want to run and hide. In the fridge. And the cabinets.
I won't. I am not going to do that to myself. I don't deserve further disappointment and abuse. So I am not going to heap it on myself.
Wahh, wahh, wahh. Okay, 'nuff whining.
I am on track and doing okay otherwise and right now, that has to be what ultimately counts. Everything else can be shelved, for now.
Well, now that I have been a total downer, I am out of here.
Later.

A Temporary Solution
I'm back.
For now, anyway. :D
My monitor is just about totally dead but Husband was able to jury rig a temporary solution to the problem by running a cable from my computer to the TV. So, I am online in LCD widescreen. lol Only bummer is that it is in black and white... He couldn't figure out how to get it in colour, but hey, at this point I am ot quibbling. Being on in b&w is better tham nothing at all.
Lord willing, this laptop will get fixed or we will get a new one, soon. But at least I can get here and post and read as much as I can, each day as long as the rest of my computer continues to function. But, the same thing applies... If I go missing, that means the poor dear went totally tits up on me and I will be away until a new one is obtained. lol
Otherwise, I am having a good day... Eating well and my head is pretty okay. I admit, I was a bit freaked out this morning, when I couldn't get here and read my usual blogs. But, I talked myself through it and I was okay after a bit. I can do this, computer or no. But I prefer to be able to read and talk you all. *heart*
The wind is blowing like crazy here and I was't able to get out for a walk as planned but as soon as it calms a little, I need to start doing some road work. I want to see if I can goose up my loss rate a bit. :D Three pounds a week average is nothing to sneeze at but at my weight, I should be able to do better. Why, yes. I am competitive and a bit of a perfectionist, why do you ask? lolol
Okay, I am going to wrap this up, for now so that I can read a few blogs on my blogroll before my "monitor" has to be turned back into the family TV.
Hugs! :D
Please to forgive misspellings... Spellcheck in b&w is really hard to use. lolol

Wrap Me, Amadeus and Mani of the Day
A good Sunday to everyone. I hope that you are all having a terrific, happy and on track day. :D I have a busy day ahead of me today and I knew that I needed a good, satisfying and protein packed brekkie so I made a yummy wrap with egg and fat free cheddar. They actually make fat free cheese that tastes decent and that melts!!!! now! How frakkin fabulous is that? I looooooooooooooooooove cheese. Seriously looooooooooove it. Now, I can enjoy and not feel as if I am undoing all of my hard work. :D :D :D I am working on refining my recipe for this wrap. It comes in a little higher in calories than I really like, this one was 344. Not awful, by any means, but I think that I can use Egg Beaters, rather than a whole egg and two whites (I am a protein hound!) and I would like to try adding more veg and maybe some Morningstar "sausage-y" crumbles.
When I hit on a good recipe, I will post it. If you want the recipe for this morning's creation, leave me a comment and I will detail it in a future post. :D
Eggy Brekkie Wrap. It was tasty, but I think I can do better. :D
I'm India Mood for Love, natural sunlight through my window with little decals. :D
Taken indoors, no flash, natural light. This photographs so much lighter than it is in person.

Current mani is OPI I'm India Mood for Love. Such a lovely, cool, bright blue based intense pink. For some strange reason this polish photographs a softer, lighter carnation pink in either natural light or flash. I like this polish a lot and use it fairly frequently. It got really thick, since the last time I wore it and it was a real pain to apply, last night. I had to do three coats for opacity and it was a lot of work to get it smooth and nice. Seche really helped. I thinned it after I used it so hopefully, it will perform better, next time I use it.
This morning I added decals. :D A bad experience taught me that Seche right over decals spells disaster. Seche makes them lift and wrinkle, as if they are in agony. lol So, now I top decals directly with Out the Door top coat. I don't particularly like it for regular use but it does work well to seal down decals.
Pics are out of order. I forgot to reverse the upload to post order and I am so not going to re do this post to reverse the picture order. lol So without further ado, my mani:
I must have wrenched my back yesterday. I was in pain when I went to bed, last night. My lower back was wracked. I took Advil, which usually works just fine and woke at three in the morning after tossing, turning and sleeping fitfully. I hurt so badly that I got up and took one of the Vicodin that Husband had been prescribed when he had a kidney stone, last year. Yes, I know that using someone Else's prescription is not smart. That it can be dangerous and I don't like to take narcotics, if I don't absolutely have to. However, I was hurting terribly, I couldn't sleep and I felt as if I had little choice. And, I have taken Vicodin before, at the same dosage so I know that I react okay to it. I took one and it finally kicked in, took away my pain and knocked me cold and I got four solid hours of sleep.
I am a little sleepy today but I should sleep very well, tonight. I'll go to bed with a couple of Advil PM and should get a good solid night's sleep.
Okay... 'Nuff whining. I need to get into the shower and get myself ready. Husband and Son will be back later and we are all going out. It is a nice day, warm and sunny with a little light overcast and some wind. :D I'll see you all later.
Have a good one. :D

Daily Report on This First Day of Spring
Happy Spring, everyone!
I had a good day. Ate well. Ended up at 1523 calories. Could have been a little better but perfectly acceptable. I'll take it.
I didn't binge.
I didn't eat the bag of chips in the pantry.
I didn't engage in negative self talk.
I didn't talk myself into doing something I would regret horribly.
So, yeah. Pretty good day.
My scale still isn't here. *le sigh* Where is it? (whining) It shipped almost a week ago. (whining a little more) Why is it everything I order takes forever to get to meeee? And other people don't have to wait so long? (seriously annoying, obnoxious two year old style whining)
It will get here when it gets here.
Another pretty day, here. Not so much in other parts of this great nation. I really feel for everybody in the upper Midwest who are facing flooding or the threat of it. If any of my readers are in that area, stay safe and dry.
Yawn. I want to sleep. I may hit the sack a little earlier, tonight. (Before midnight???)
