Another Good Day

Aaand...

Breathe!

I got through another day in good form. Calories today: 1045. All my water is down and I feel really good. My hips feel much better. Not perfect, but then, when are they, really? I have a small amount of stiffness and am a tad sore in my thigh muscles and shins but that is to be expected. I think that a walk tomorrow will help loosen that all up and alleviate the residual stiffness.

Well, that is really all I wanted to say, at the moment. I am about to head off to beddy-bye.


Heh heh.

  1. Great Job! Keep up the great work! I too am having shin pain from running - it is the worst! I find that doing yoga on my non-running days helps substantially!

  2. Have to admit that the photo gave me a chuckle. LOL So glad you got past that soreness by and large. I'm like you; also use my blog to natter. No one ever really listens to me. And the few times someone does hear something I say, it is the occasional time I should have kept my mouth shut! LOLOL

  4. Well it's been like forever since I've been here and I apologize for that. I just read all about your walk, your calories and everything and am so happy for you. You are doing excellent. It was nice to stop by and see just had grand you're doing.
    You keep up the great work, keep walking, counting those calories and you'll be where you want to be in no time at all.

  6. I'm happy for you--that the scale number is going down down instead of like before, when it was hovering over going up. You're back in the groove. I hope that the scale stays in the one's forever!

    Summer should help, especially an Arizona summer. No way you can eat a lot in the summer. xo
