Call the Waaaaahhhhmbulance!
Need to whine, a little.
My body is weird as hell. And it is driving me in. sane!
At least I am getting the hang of what it does, now. I record a couple of decent losses, then the games begin. The next week it is Puff City and a bounce up. The next week, much, not all of the puff is gone. I am level where I was two weeks ago. (That is what happened this week... I lost .4 pound. Blech!) Next week, I should record a nice loss, again. Then maybe one more week to record loss, then the whole fun (yeah, riiiight!) cycle will repeat.
I know that this is fliud and so forth... It is not possible for me to maintain on the calorie levels I consume.
*sigh*
We all have our burdens. Mine is my crazy bod and insanely fluctuating numbers on my scale.
I'm going to drink my coffee and pout for a while.
I might be back later.
I will be back later.
*sigh*
I can't stay away.

ReplyDeleteOkay, this time I'll post and hopefully without typos....Happy Halloween...at least that's what I think every time I read your blog.
ReplyDeleteHey, you're allowed to call the Wahhhhbulance (and that is funny, btw). It's so frustrating when you have those type of water weight gains. I know a few people that have unusual weight loss patterns, but they lose, all the same. So a little pout...and then forget about it (said in my Italian gangster voice). Wow, your realm is composed of 186 followers...we're listening.
I love the look of your blog. Pretty cool.. Water gain is awful, but happens to us all. Have a nice day...
ReplyDeleteThanks for you compliments on my blog background. I wanted something Hallowe'en-y and since I am kind of a Marie Antoinette fan, I was drawn to this one. :D
ReplyDeleteI think it is part of being a female, this bouncing and bounding. I just have to ride it out. The weight is coming off, even if it is coming off weird. lol
Yeah I do the same thing. I keep telling myself, "One more pound til' a 40 pound loss." But damn if I can't lose that pound.
ReplyDeleteSigh.
I just love you, your honesty, and can't wait to read you everyday!
Oh my love - I hate being frustrated like this...but I get it....so go ahead and feel it and then tomorrow it'll all be better - fresh start, new day, and you're worth it. We can't fart gumdrops every day though right?
ReplyDeleteLife sucks, and then you die. What doesn't kill you makes you fatter. Ok enough cliches. Shit week, get over it, move forward. You are doing the right stuff, believe in the process, cause it will work-sooner or later but eventually. Go get you some girl!

ReplyDeleteHoly crap it sounds like you have the same cycles I do...two decent weeks...two weeks that completely suck ass...sorry dude, but know you're not alone. :)
ReplyDeleteEveryone needs to whine once in a while. The good thing is that you're starting to identify the rhythms of your body, which means that ultimately, those stubborn days won't push you to thoughts of giving up. You know that you're constantly making progress no matter what the scale may say on a given day.
ReplyDeleteThank God the puff monster only visits if I overdo the sodium. I'm once again reminded how grateful I am for my hysterectomy.
