I don't normally have two pieces of chicken for dinner. But apparently I was in need of a little extra protein because I inhaled two boneless, skinless chicken breast halves. By inhale, I mean Hoover. Down the hatch. Sometimes, when your bod demands an important nutrient, you have to just shut up and send it down.
No, chocolate is not an important nutrient. ;) lol Be nice if it were... Imagine if we had to eat chocolate to survive. And it was low in calories and fat free... I could have all the extra dark chocolate I wanted.
Mmmm... Dark chocolate... rich... smooth... silky. Melting...
Okay, where was I before I got sidetracked?
Oh, yes. Dark chocolate.
Mmmm... Dark chocolate... rich... smooth...silky. Melting...
Oops, I did it, again.
I got my little sweet fix from a cherry Fage. It was yummy. :D
I have nothing more profound to talk about, tonight.
My mind is a swim of blankness.

I could handle chocolate being good for you. I fully understand about the 2 pieces of chicken. My body was on some kind of trip on Thursday and I ate crazy.. Have a great night.
ReplyDeleteI've been binging (sadness, there) and on chocolate--which I don't even like! I'm convinced that the chemicals in it cause some sort of reaction in the body that "make" us eat it. Seriously--I don't eat other foods I don't like.
ReplyDeleteOn the chicken topic, though, we're into protein territory, which all bodies desperately need. You've been losing a lot, and had to stop your long walks due to your hip. It might be your body's way of telling you that you need more to spare muscle loss. Not that I exactly know what I'm talking about. Anyhoo, one lean, protein-rich chicken breast isn't a chip or candy binge. Sure, you can't do it every day, but you're not doing that, are you?
My mind is now a swim of dark chocolate desire. Thanks for that!
ReplyDeleteEating extra protein isn't going to kill us or our diets. Your body probably just needed it. I think we tend to eat too little when we diet.
It ain't grilled chicken that grew these asses. Bless and release baby.
ReplyDeleteAnd? I tagged you in my post. Come on over and check it out! :)
