I am In Hell

The burning continues and so does my misery. My eyes are burning, my throat hurts, I am sneezing and coughing and blowing my nose constantly. I am having non stop migraines. I want to run away and never come back.

Otherwise, all is pretty well. Food is good. I still can't get out and walk and I am pissed. I feel pretty good, physically and I am jazzed to go and I can't.

And it sucks.

Husband brought home a cute Fall decoration for me, today. It is a scarecrow. He wants to get another one so that I can hang them on either side of the fireplace. And one for the front door. I am thinking I would like a wreath for my front door. I am kind of a traditionalist, that way. I will be getting my Fall decor out, pretty soon. Then in October, I add my Hallowe'en decorations. I love this time of year.

This morning, it was chilly. I actually had to put on a warmie and my slippers for a while.

On second thought, hanging those scarecrows by the fireplace isn't such a great idea. We will have to use it before the decorations come down and that could be a bad scene. I'll find other places for them.

I guess I had better get to making a shopping list. I have a lot of running around to do tomorrow. I am looking forward to getting out of this house for a while.

  1. I hope you feel better soon.

Put psuedo-ephadrine (Sudafed) on your list. You have to go to the pharmicist counter to get it, and show an id, but it is worth the hassle.

I'm not sure running away would solve anything. Most people around here anyway get sent to AZ for the milder climate. Be glad you don't live in the midwest I guess.

Ssweet ofhubby to bring you little presents. They sound cute. This is my fave time of year too. Wanted to have a bonfire by the pond tonight, but it rained all afternoon. I'm guessing it woulda been hard to light a fire. bah. We're never happy!

  3. Lanie is right! The midwest if aweful =( I never had allergies until moving to the Ohio Valley...damn place. After 5 years I developed spring allergies, and last year I got fall allergies! Great.

But hope you feel better soon! And you'll be back to it before you know it

  4. I know what's like to be tied down and unable to get some exercise in - it's the pits. I hope you feel better soon.

How thoughtful of your hubby to get the fall decoration for you. Fall is my fave time of year. I am looking for a new autumn wreath for my door.

  5. God - ugh - I feel so bad for you with the migraines. Mine can last for days...it's excruciating. I hope you feel better soon and I mean that.

  6. I hope they get that fire put out soon. I didn't have allergies until I moved to Oklahoma and now I have them all year round.

  7. I hope you feel better soon! If you don't have a viral cold-working out and raising your core temp will help you get better faster. Weird, but true. I know the last thing you want to do is work out though.

Oh, and don't take a fever reducer if you have one-it prolongs being sick, too.
Will you post pics of your fall decor when you are done?
