Well, it is that time, again.
Yes, indeedy.
Time for my weekly challenge weigh in.
And the result is:
2.6 pounds. While it isn't a dramatic number, it is perfectly respectable. I'll take it. :D
You might note the date stamp on the photo... I was having a less puffy day, yesterday morning so I weighed then. I am going to be happy when this puffy stuff becomes a thing of my past. It is my great hope that when I reach a normal weight, I won't have to deal with this, any more.
Okay, so there you have it.

ReplyDeleteYIPPPEEEEEEEEE - not dramatic my ass! I can't lose that in a week! And yay you on not putting yourself down. I have another challenge for you starting Monday if you're up for it. For Mon-Fri - I challenge you to list something you love about yourself. I don't care if it's your awesome nails or your left ear or a personality trait....I care that you note it. Can you do that?

ReplyDeleteYou will be doing the happy dance about your loss when you see my loss of only 0.6 lb. The heat and humidity are making me retain that fluid and nothing works. I'm not adding any salt and I'm draining and rinsing anything I think might have salt in or on it.
